Delivery & Returns Policy
One you have made your order you will receive an email to state that we have received it and your order will then be processed and dispatched.
Once your order is received your curtain track will need to be assembled, tested and dispatched, depending on the current load of orders this could take up to two days.
Once the order has been processed for dispatch we will arrange a courier to collect the delivery and deliver to the address specified by you during the checkout process, please note the couriers will collect the next business day and all orders are sent as next day delivery.
Deliveries to Mainland UK are sent as next day delivery and should be with you the day after it is collected from our premises. deliveries outside of the UK are sent as 1-3 day deliveries, however this may vary depending on your location.
On rare occasions or during public holidays deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances out of our control, if this does happen we will do what we can in order to help you receive your parcel as soon as possible.
Due to the nature of the customization of our products we are not able to provide a full refund on returned products, a restocking fee of up to 15% will apply to returned items. Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will require an RMA (you can contact us to obtain an RMA), please do not send your purchase back without an RMA as we will not be able to process your refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (with a valid RMA).
* An item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (with a valid RMA).
* An order which consists of a customized track (with a valid RMA).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message via our online contact form and we will process an RMA request for you,
To return your product first obtain a valid RMA then if you are within UK mainland we will arrange for a collection or a dropoff (at a location which is local to you). If you are outside the UK Mainland unfortunately we are not able to provide a collection or dropoff service, however we will provide information on where you can send your product to within your RMA email.
For shipping of your replacement product (where applicable), depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
